AI News 📰
Robots in the Wild 🤖
- The Information uncovered a leak from Google showcasing ‘Jarvis AI’, an AI agent that actually browses the web for you. Rumors suggest Jarvis will be Google’s first step towards true LLM-driven automation, letting Jarvis actually shop or book appointments on behalf of end users. – source
- OpenAI has added a ‘Search’ functionality to ChatGPT, which aims to generate results that cite accurate sources from the web in real-time. While OpenAI has previously announced publisher partners who will support this new form of search, the firm leaves it to independent publishers to opt-out of OpenAI’s web crawler and has offered no timeline or plans around link attribution or monetization – at a time when sites are loosing up to 40% of their revenue from AI scraping. – source
- Apple is reportedly set to compete with Meta & Ray Ban on smart glasses with an internal project called ‘Atlas’. This rumor comes after reports that Apple has delayed a cheaper version of its MR/VR headset until at least 2026. – source

This week’s comment is from Anthony Consolaro, CEO of Digiploma.io.
AI is nowadays in every part of our business. We are using it in our marketing strategies to draft social media content and correct potential mistakes before posting, but we also use it on the technical side. First as a way to speed up the delivery of our newest features but also as a safety guard to analyze our code and find potential issues that we may have missed. |
