Next-Gen Tech in the Real World 💡
We want to know how AI is affecting your life & work today! We’ve been asking creators & entrepreneurs from around the world how the recent wave of GenAI tech tooling has – or hasn’t – changed the way they work.
This week’s comment is from Clarke Duncan, Founder, Outsourcingstaff.ph
We utilize AI-driven tools to assist with various tasks such as scheduling, data analysis, and customer service inquiries. The implementation of AI has allowed us to focus on delivering personalized matchmaking between clients and virtual assistants, ensuring that both parties can achieve their goals more efficiently.
Moreover, we’re exploring the possibilities of AI in enhancing language translation services, making communication seamless regardless of language barriers. As for the areas of concern, we are careful not to over-rely on AI when it comes to personal interactions and relationship-building, which are core to our mission. The human aspect of our services is our unique selling point, and we believe that maintaining a personal touch is essential. Therefore, while AI is valuable, it will not replace the human element of our service.
